IMFC Pre-Sales - A GuidePublished: August 4, 2010
To all new members who are thinking of joining or have just joined up - the pre-sale codes are sent out approx. 30 minutes after your membership is activated. This is an automated process - you should receive your code (in your Private Message box NOT by email) within an hour of joining the club. NB: Codes are only sent to paying fanclub members. Simply registering an account with the shop does not entitle you to a code!
To re-iterate - Your code is not sent by email. It is sent by Private Message. Please check your messages before contacting us.
If you haven't received your code after an hour, and you have checked your Private Messages, please email admin.
WHAT IS A PRE-SALE?
We give IMFC members the opportunity to buy tickets ahead of the general public.
WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?
The Australian pre-sale runs from noon Tuesday August 10th through to 5pm on Wednesday August 11th. Times are local to Melbourne/Sydney (that's a 3am start for us in the UK!)
Please note that you should check these times the day before the pre-sale in case of any changes.
WHICH SHOWS?
The two arena shows - Melbourne and Sydney.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?
We've set the limit at 4 tickets per show. You can buy tickets for as many shows as you like.
OK - SO HOW DO I TAKE PART?
All fanclub members will be sent an individual pre-sale code, which you enter into the ticketing site to buy your tickets. Codes will be sent out on Monday so please don't ask for them yet.
CAN I JOIN THE FANCLUB NOW?
Yes you can - here's a handy link.
I DON'T KNOW IF I'M A FANCLUB MEMBER OR NOT. I'M CONFUSED. HELP ME.
Easy test - head for the forum. If you can access it, you're a member. If you can't then you need to go to the shop and join or renew your membership.

Pre-sale codes allow fan club members to access the ticket agent's website ahead of the general public, giving them the opportunity to purchase their tickets early. They do not guarantee a ticket.
Tickets can only be purchased via the ticket agent's website - there is no facility for fanclub members to buy pre-sale tickets over the phone.
Ticket agents will require members to use a credit/debit card to purchase.
The ticketing websites have been tested with the most popular operating systems and web browsers. We cannot take any responsibility for problems with these external sites or with issues on your own computer that cause you to be unable to access the pre-sale.
The ticketing websites may only be available in the appropriate language for the country they're in.
