WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ANY GOODS TO US...

WRONG SIZE?
If you need to return an item of clothing because you have ordered the wrong size, please send it back to us in the original packaging, with a note explaining whether you want a refund or if you want us to exchange it for a different size.
You must send the item back by recorded delivery so that you can be sure that we will receive it.
If you are returning an item for exchange, please enclose the applicable shipping fee. (see below).
UK £3 EUROPE €10 REST OF THE WORLD $10us
This can be paid by either enclosing your debit/credit card details or cash or postal order (UK only)

Any item being returned for exchange for whatever reason other than the item being faulty MUST be in a re-saleable condition. Example: If a t-shirt has been tried on for size and has deodorant or cosmetic stains on it, we will not make any refunds as we will not be able to put the item back into stock to be sold again.


DID WE SEND THE WRONG ITEM?
In the unlikely event of us sending you a wrong item, then please send it back to us in the original packaging, with a note explaining whether you want a refund or if you want us to replace it with the originally ordered item. We will refund or send you the correct item, as requested, and also refund you the cost of sending the wrong item back to us.
You must send the item back by recorded delivery so that you can be sure that we will receive it.


DAMAGED GOODS
It the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the goods at the point of delivery to make sure that they are in perfect condition. We take all possible steps to ensure that goods are in perfect condition when they leave our premeses. If the packaging and or goods are damaged upon the purchasers receipt of the goods, it is the responsibilty of the purchaser to make a claim against their local postal service.


GOODS RETURNED BY POSTAL SERVICES
If your local postal service is unsuccessful delivering to you for any reason or you fail to collect the item from your post office, your order will be returned to us, which can take up to 30 days. Any orders returned to us will be cancelled and issue a refund to you via the method of payment used for the original transaction.

A cookie is a piece of information which is saved as a small text file on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. It is generated by the website that you are visiting and tells the website when you return.
