Give Me A Bigger Ed

The summer is heating up and so is the demand for Iron Maiden tickets on the Give Me Ed...Til I'm Dead Tour.

Management have just confirmed that owing to an overwhelming response to tickets in Zagreb, Croatia they have had to upgrade venues from the 7,000 seat Dom Sportova Hall to the 20,000 seat Radnik Stadium. The date remains Saturday June 17th.

This follows the news that Iron Maiden's headlining show at New Yorks' Madison Square Gardens on 30th July sold out in a matter of hours; while all three shows in Scandinavia sold out shortly after going on sale - including the 31,000 capacity Stockholm Stadium. All this makes the Give Me Ed Tour one of the hottest tickets this summer.

The dates are among the band’s headlining performances at most of the biggest festivals across Europe this year, starting with the Download Festival at Donington Park on Saturday May 31st.

Maiden have promised they will take no prisoners. As Bruce Dickinson says 'This will be a full on Maiden summer here in Europe and later in the USA. We've been putting the finishing touches to the new album which I think has got us all very excited about getting out there and putting on a spectacular show. The news about the shows selling out and in some cases getting bigger is fantastic. We've always said that one day metal would be back in a big way and some people would laugh at that. Well, I think that day has definitely arrived.'

Tickets for all the European shows are on sale now so if you haven't got your tickets yet you need to move fast!
